Get a Library Card

Residents of Parkland County can receive a library membership for FREE at any of our four libraries.

With your library card, you receive:

• Access to the extensive collections at our four library locations, and to materials from 150 libraries across the province. Search tracpac.ab.ca to discover everything we have to offer, including books, audiobook, DVDs and more! If we don’t have it in our library, we will order it from another library for you, for FREE.
• Access to our eResources such as Overdrive and Hoopla, which include FREE eBooks, music, movies and more, accessible on any electronic device. Visit your library for more information on these eResources.
• FREE computer and wireless access at our four library locations.
• Access to our exciting community programs, ranging from Preschool Story Time to Adult Yoga.
• Services such as home school resources and exam proctoring. Visit your library for more information on these and the many other services we can offer to you and your family!

Note: Your library card will expire after one year at which time you will need to visit any of our libraries to renew your membership. You will be required to show identification with your current address in order to obtain a library card.
