Reopening Strategy

The Alberta Government has declared a state of emergency,

Effective 10am, Tuesday September 21— All Parkland County Library locations will operate at 30% capacity with face masks and physical distancing continuing to be mandatory in response to Alberta’s new public health measures that list libraries as out-of-scope operators.

In response to new Alberta-wide Temporary Measures mandatory masking is required in all indoor public spaces and workplaces.
Parkland County Libraries require all patrons, visitors, and staff to wear masks. 
If you are feeling unwell, please do not enter the library. Online services are available 24/7 for anyone unable to make it in to one of our library locations.
