Welcoming Week is an annual opportunity to recognize and celebrate the people, places and values that help everyone feel welcome and give them a sense of belonging in their local community, no matter where they come from.

Visit each library in the Tri-Region to learn more about your local library. Community members are welcome to attend each library event separately.

Itinerary:
Spruce Grove Public Library visit 10-11am
Activities: Staff introductions, library tour, sign up for a library card, scavenger hunt, free library book bags, receive program guides and brochures, enjoy "Canadian" snacks and drinks.
Stony Plain Public Library visit 11:30am-12:30pm
Activities: Staff introductions, library tour, sign up for a library card, play with the Makerspace cart, snacks, and receive program guides and brochures.

Parkland County Libraries: Keephills visit 1-2:30pm
Activities: eResource education, Storywalk, sign up for library cards, make your own button & play with LEGO, receive program guides and brochures, and enjoy a picnic lunch.
